Welcome to the Homepage of the “Functional Polymer Additives” Group 

We are fond of designing polymers. Designing them the way that they fulfill the requirements of the envisaged application. The way that they become environmentally sustainable. That they become innovative. And new.

We achieve this in applying basic organic synthesis techniques to classical polymer additives and to macromolecules. We functionalize them, and we fine-tune their properties. We process them by using standard polymer engineering techniques on a lab scale, and we finally investigate and test their properties. To obtain the products we need.
